Have received this call twice now, one from this number and one from (02) 8005 1177. It is a scam. The Australian Federal Police would not be ringing people direct like this.

Called back after missed call, when answered & told them I missed a call, they hung up. Complete scam

Auto call saying we are going to be charged and a warrant issued. Said they were AFP and to call the ATO!
No doubt it's a phishing scam.

Call from AFP, and upon answering it was a robotic recorded message advising I have taxation legal issues pending. Gave a reference TX5418. And to call back on (03) 9005 7868 A complete scam, beware

Tax scam robo message threatening arrest & prosecution by the ATO, gave this as the callback number.

Electronic Message left claiming to be ATO and stating that unless we return call, we will be arrested,court case will be initiated. very threatening.
