pretending to be from Vodafone cc. Offering 50% discount for 6 months on my current bill. need to know the 4 digit pin on the account. I said I don't rem and asked if there was a way to work around it. The caller replied nope, no other way and if you don't have the pin you don't get the 50% discount. I said I will give the discount a miss this time, thanks. He was like it could be your birth year, your card pin blah blah blah very persuasive. I said thank you very much and hang up. Don't give out any pin/pins, be careful, cheers!

Kept asking me for my pin to give me a 50% discount. When I said they could safely send the info to my phone seeing as they called me, she kept repeating that first I needed to give her my pin. Said because of COVID Vodafone was feeling generous. :-)
I hung up.
