Missed call, no it wasn't, no message either a scam, charity or someone trying to sell me something. Just blocked and deleted

Caller: Some Solar Company Missed call, no message left. Upon calling number back, got message that sounded like I'd reached Solarful Australia your trusted partner in clean energy solutions and that all their agents were busy, there were 3 options. Press 1 to leave a message and they'd call back as soon as possible. Press 2 to request a call back at your convenience and press 3 to opt out of further communications. Upon pressing 3, you get no confirmation of being opted out of future calls. I've now blocked this number.

Rang the number as my phone said scam call. Recorded message said the number wasn't connected. Again blocked the call as I have done on previous occasions but still manages to ring me.
