indian scammer called said re private insurence . Scammer wanted to suck me in to buy something i told her to f*ck off

Claimed they were calling from a private health organisation saying “Smart Health” or something similar. Wanted to confirm if potential victim had private health. Could only provide first name of potential victim/intended caller and couldn’t provide a full name when pressed. Possibly Indian female caller or similar. Caller hung up on phone call when unable to provide full name of potential victim.

Called at 6.45pm did not leave message, obviously some spam/scam call

Started to leave a voice mail then hung up

Caller said was from IPL market research. Had a few questions about health insurance as rates will be rising. When trying to get off phone, caller persistent to ask questions then said to expect call in next 24 hours. Asked him why if this is market research, is someone going call to talk about health insurance. He said yes. I had to repeatedly tell him that someone better not call me. I did not ask for anyone to call. He tried to press his point. After some firm, loud, assertive answer from me, he got the hint. Not happy at all.
