Said that my IP address has gone from private to public and need to put it back to private but need my permission. Has anyone had this.

Caller: Pertaining to be from my Internet provder (03) 9003 1173 said my internet had been compromised and was using for among other illegal purposes, money laundering. They needed my permission to reset my internet. I said I’d call her back ( Indian accent) she gave me a bogus unconnected number. When I called back the incoming number it’s constantly busy
