RACV called me from this number about my expired roadside assistance. They were able to quote my membership details, and email a copy of my receipt for a previous car insurance payment. I'm satisfied this number is legitimate.

This was a call from RACV about my membership and they were able to verify they were calling from RACV

Im sure these are scammers, they said they were from RACV and that my renewal was overdue. When I called the number back they didnt answer as RACV they just said i was on hold and would get back to me. The guy - called Dakota said he needed my DOB and email address and confirm my home address so he could post out the renewal notice.

No message left, when returning the call all I got was a recorded message about... "Thanks for calling, all calls are monitored or training and quality assurance purposes..." before being put on hold, and I hung up... No mention of exactly who I had called what do ever, so probably a scam call...
