Received sms stating that a representative from NAB would like to speak with me regarding a Loan Check. My red flag went up suspecting it was a scam message. Three days after message I received a phone call from this number (03) 8903 0507 (scam). Don't answer this number as NAB will never call you.

True Caller app identified number as a possible scam caller. No message left. Rang back (with my number block) and it went to a message that said "You have called the NAB group of companies" ... hung up as scam!

This is a legit service where thye check in how you are going with your home loan. I dont believe its a scam. Usually if you are coming off your fixed term rate

I also received a text saying someone from NAB wants to discuss my home loan then had this number call. They call at least twice a day, and have been doing so for 5 days now. Very annoying.

So this is an call out number for NAB, I was a bit suss to be honest initially, Australian called and was speaking about my home loan as it is coming up towards the end of a fixed term.

You can’t call back and it will just direct you to visit nabgroup.com.au

Claimed to be a NAB employee trying to help me out with my loan.

can you provide evidence how you know this .... so we can check out your claims.

Some scammers write in this website that "it is a genuine caller" "it is NAB" when in fact it is not true, thus causing others to drop their guard and become victims.

Already told them I’d contact Nab if I need anything change with my loan structure and don’t want to make any refinance now. Still keep calling and claim will check in 6 months. Don’t feel safe talking that sort of thing with a cold call

They said they are from NAB. Wanting to know how much more they could help me in meeting my needs. When they ask me about my detail I just hang up. They called daily and I doube bank would do this.

I did receive a call from NAB for the same reason. It was legitimate. They put a note on my file and I called them back on the normal number and they advised they could see the note on my file that I was uncomfortable talking about my finances with a random cold caller.
