Got a call from this number today and didn't answer. Thank you for the above post, that confirms that it was a scam call.

Scam caller spoke with foreign accent phishing for personal details

Caller: Indian ‘gent’

My call was supposedly from Telstra. I was asked to get my computer back to the Command Screen. When asked what I was looking at on screen, I told him a message saying AVOID ALL SCAMMERS. At which point I ended the call. I do not have a Telstra account, nor am I about to follow instructions from some dude who just jumps straight into his act?

I called back after no message was left, their message bank was full.

Called but left no message, most likely a scammer, best not to answer, they can always leave a message

Rang but I did'nt talk. They hung up.

Caller: Said they were from Amazon Prime

Wanting money direct debited!

Caller: No idea

Rang our landline - call was automatically blocked - numbers from this area code at automatically blocked.

When rung back, engaged signal.

Caller: Claimed to be from my bank

Fraudulant scammer

Caller: Claimed to be NBN

Caller claimed to be NBN technician enquiring about fault on our line and asked me to check speed on my computer. When I said I would hang up and call NBN to verify they hung up.

Called saying CBA bank and they suspect a recent transaction was fraudulent. I told them to call back in 10 mins but I didn’t answer. Scam call

They hung up when I answered

Recorded message claiming automatic charges would be taken out of my account.

Another Indian scammer supposedly from Telstra following up on my account. I don't have a Telstra account so I told the gronk on the phone to hold a minute whilst I set the phone up next to my angle grinder whilst I cut some steel. Strangely though, she didn't stay on the line for very long.

Scammer wanting my personal info. He could not provide me with a number to call him back on and hung up abruptly when I told him it was a scam

They have changed business to telstra and they will disconnect your internet because you haven't paid your bill.

Claims they were CBA then became verbally abusive with obscene language when l would not disclose details as l queried his verification. Scam do not answe

They claimed to be from VISA security - I hung up
