overseas scam telemarketing, automated caller says goodbye if do not say anything, use 03 number to pretend are in Australia, do not believe a word they say if you speak with them..tell them they are late to come and wash the windows and they just hang up as know you are on to them

From and Dandenong VIC landline but took a while to answer so I assumed it was redirected overseas. Woman who knew my surname and was ringing regarding home ownership but I now rent

Got a call, he knew my last name and proceeded to ask about Home ownership. Said he was from some financial service, sounded Aussie

I'm on the do not call register yet keep getting these calls??

Silence for some seconds. then a female voice saying "Goodbye". Been getting on our landline also, different number; (08) 9562 3201. What's going on?

I tried to answer the phone call on my mobile originating from Victoria Dandenog region after calling back the ansewr was invalid number. probably spam call or survey/telemarketing

This number called me, I answered and there was no-one there. As they called on my mobile I just let the call continue, so at least they were wasting some of their money. The call continued with no-one at the other end for 4 minutes.

I rang back and was told it is an "invalid number"
