they keep calling even though to tell them to stop calling they are annoying they wont leave their name and number

my phone showed it to be a potential fraud call so i declined to answer.

I called back number (03) 8789 4464 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

Incoming calls from your numbers are immediately routed to Lenny - talk to him for as long as you like, as often as you like. If you don't like people's disdain for you, move into a different industry.

survey on behalf of the department of treasury in this case. Very polite.
Needed to speak to the person that makes the financial decisions for the business, who was not available.
I have suggested, that this person might be too busy for surveys, so I hope not to get a call back. We've got work to do.

keeps on calling, never leaves a message

Called me, did not answer. They did not leave voice mail. No text.

Unrecognised 800 number so didn't answer and never do. How about having these calls banned. A better system would be to send a text stating their business (in this case a survey) and if interested in participating to please call back.

I get at least 3 to 4 calls a day from this number. This is a business phone number and when I answer they don't say anything then hang up. It's very annoying, I don't have time during the day to answer the call and not have anyone speak to me.
I am very frustrated to say the least !!

good rule, not to unsolicited answer calls. If the intent is genuine, it is very easy to send a text message identifying themselves and the intent of the call.
