Scammer unable to understand callers message ????????

Some very presumptuous and over-familiar English woman from 'Gallup' trying to get me to do a survey. Even when I was very firm in my desire to not take part and for her to not contact me again, she continued to say she would call me back in a week or so. Again, I reaffirmed my desire not to be called.
