Caller: Australia Post It's Australia Post. Rang twice regarding a compensation issue I had lodged with them earlier. I got the call, despite requesting email as a preference, after I asked what had happened to them delaying the compensation for no particular reason. Guy was quite helpful and let me know the next steps of the compensation process. I only answered on the 2nd call after finding this website :-)

Assuming Australia post as I'm waiting for a call back. I answered and they said nothing, just hung up the phone after I said my name.

Caller: Auspost I received this message from Australia Post. “Australia Post is committed to providing our customers with excellent service.” What a joke. This was a call back regarding a problem. No time to answer.

Didn't announce herself as with AusPost, got hung up on. Apparently AusPost has some retraining to do.

Exactly their impatients is why they mess up our deliveries. I had to ask why my parcel has been ready for collection in another state. Am I expected to drive 871kms to fix their mistake?

Caller: Aus post call back This was almost certainly a call back after 35 minute wait. Hung up when I answered after 3 rings. Very poor service!! Totally frustrating.

Caller: AusPst This is a legitimate number.
Rang Australia Post before but was in the queue. If I wanted to wait, it'll be another 30 minutes. Requested for call back service. They rang me back on this number.
There was one second pause when I said hello. The lady who spoke to me said she was from Australia Post and helped me with my enquiry.

Caller: Australia Post Tried to answer my callback from Aust Post and they hung up after I said hello. Virtually impossible to speak to anyone from customer service at Australia Post on the phone. Their new automated phone service is completely useless and ineffective.

I asume, from the comments, that this is Auspost, but they didn't even leave a voicemail message, so I won't answer this.
