It's Auspost. It would be helpful if they actually spoke when they call on this number. It would also be helpful if they delivered parcels, but then the phone number wouldn't be used because they wouldn't be doing call-backs after complaints. Around and around we go.

Call Back call that disconnected the moment I answered - this was a registered request to call back from me to Aust Post as the wait time was 19-21 minutes otherwise to hold on at the Enquiry number. So query still not resolved!

Called 3 times in 5 minutes from this number, not in a position to answer, no message left on answering machine, obviously not important.

Australia Post addressing complaints for delivery issues. All good.

I was waiting for their phone call to clarify the email I received with a tracking number. The tracking number had 23 digits. I just copied the tracking number and opened the AusPost app, added the tracking number, but there was no sender's info, and the delivery name and address were wrong. I called to rule out a scam.
I received a call from an undisclosed name, I didn't answer.

I literally said to communicate through email bc I was at work (hospitality) and can’t respond to phone calls since I can’t have my phone on me while on shift. Got an email five minutes later explaining they tried to call me about my enquirer bc their app is giving some PROJECT RARA as my delivery address (It’s apparently their ‘new delivery service available in limited areas and to selected merchants’, but we’ll see).

Came here to see who it was - may have been Aust Post as I lodged a query this morning- however I asked them to call on my landline, not my mobile number so didn’t answer and they left no message.
