Get calls from this number all the time, if I answer the call, the caller hangs up

I get phone-calls almost every day from these guys. Whenever I call back it goes straight to a messagebank saying "hello and thanks for calling the winegroup". I am constantly blocking their number but they call back the next day on a new number (always starting with 03). It is driving me mad.

Disconnected as soon as I answered. I then googled and called back for sh*ts and giggles. A real person answered. They have 80% off(!!), did I want to hear about these? When told I don't drink wine, he launched into a spiel about this Riesling and then asked how I felt about this deal. I reiterated I don't drink wine. He yanked me for my time and hung up. I then promptly blocked the number.

another one to add to my blocked list comes up as SUSPECTED SPAM

Called but left no message, could be associated to (03) 8751 7055 which apparently is a particularly nasty caller which I blocked on Saturday.
