Indian woman, just hanged up on them

Caller: Scam telemarketer- Anna?

Two numbers out of same exchange (03) 8691 1628 and (03) 8691 1826 called me within an hour of each other.
First one left message and thought they were talking to me- used my name but realised I wasn’t answering. Possibly Asian sounding accent, female who called herself Anna. Hung up after I didn’t answer to my name, as she didn’t realise it was voicemail.
Second call came from second number above and was completely silent, didn’t sound like anyone was there at all.

Caller: “Electrical company”

Called and said vague things like “since you’ve been at your address for long time you’re electricity rates can be cheaper” didn’t ask my name or say my address just asked if I was the owner of the mobile number they had called, told them to take me off the scam list cause it’s a load of bs

Caller: Roger

Cocksucker trying to get me to change my electricity provider, says his name is roger from Copperfield a comparison company that has great news about the energy reference price changes recently - all total bullsh*t

left a voicemail which was cut off: sounds like a spammy callcentre with a strong non-Australian accent
