(03) 8691 0235 and (03) 8691 0215 ... scam call center, using energy price offers to get personal details. Keep changing last few digits to avoid blocking. After numerous attempts/blocks, switch first digits... Also use' (03) 7053', '(02) 9099', '(03) 8903'... Decided to play along. Was very convincing, knew my previous address! First caller gets some details then transfer you to second caller (for a commission I found out.) SO basically using cheap (slave) labour to make 1000's calls and when they hook one, goes to the pro team to close.
