I called back number (03) 8687 4108 reached voice mail for a company called Australian Property Advisory Service.

Didn't answer the call. Googled the number and found the above posts - thanks everyone who contributes to pages / sites like this !!!

The scary thing about the call I just received was that they new everything about me. The girl new my name, address, new email address and mobile number. When I asked her how she got my details she advised I emailed there company which is a load of crap. I actually gave it to the girl on the phone. Sadly her English was very good so obviously not an overseas call.

I receive as many as 10 calls a day from spammers. Many with 03 Prefix being Melbourne. This is harassment. I've blocked these numbers but others show up. Aaarrgghh....

They keep calling. Spam or Scam, I don't stay on the line long enough to find out. I blacklist the number, and they call using a different number.

Had several calls over past month. No one on other end when I answer. I have blocked number now.

Calls are coming from Australian Property Advisory Service, also known as Vystal Property Group (Vystal Finance, Vystal Wealth etc). Usually it's just a hang-up call (no one on the other end), but eventually someone will be there and they'll try to sell you and investment property - which will be overpriced and a poor investment.
You can call them on 1300 762 114 to complain.

Seems that this company does marketing/spam call for a few companies - none of which are reputable. All you can do is ignore the calls.

Just received a call from this number, surprisingly she was English speaking! She told me that she got my details from a competition that I entered (bullsh*t!) and proceeded to tell me that I informed them that I had a mortgage. I told her that I had been renting for the past 3 years (I lied LOL) and she told me she isnt sure why the system showed that I had a mortgage, she told me she would remove my name and I wont get any more calls from them!! YAAYYYYYYYY!!
