Says theyre calling from "customer reminder services" calling about "a letter we sent you" but no company name or other info. Sounds like a sketchy scam to me

Caller: I don't know. Message started part way through the phone number. The message I received on my message bank as below was given with a voice indicating urgency. No company name was given and I didn't return the call. 7588 to discuss an important matter that has been referred to our office and requires a resolution today. We are open Monday to Thursday 7.30 am to 8.30 pm and Friday 7.30 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. Thank you.
