I hate AGL, just got a call to from this number after I changed to Lumo! AGL's customer service is absolutely disgusting and they totally stuffed up a connection I needed becaise of some problem with their communcation with United Energy. I hate AGL and am so happy that I have about 5 properties I do serviced accomodation with so could at least take away from this lousy company 1-2 Thousand per monthy. I will never use them nor let my fanmily members use them.

12 calls in 4 days! From reading others comments I'm assuming it's AGL because I have recently left them. I have answered once & they hung up!

This is AGL retention team to try to convince you to stay with AGL if you've transferred your account to someone else.

me too. Just transfer the electricity service from AGL to Origin and the service start today. then I got two calls from this number and I did not pick it up. so annoying.

Same, just got a call from this number. The guy sounds as though he was from an indian call centre. They hung up. Must be AGL because I too recently switch providers due to poor service. Good thing I did too.

I actually answered a call and nobody spoke, all I could hear was call centre noise on the other end! They are still calling and not leaving messages.

Had so many missed calls from this number and no v/m left - got suspicious that it was AGL as I have also changed providers. Keep ringing, coz I ain't answering AGL!

Why do they bother calling? It's doesn't take Einstein to work out why I left them.

Glad to have found this forum. I also recently switched from AGL to different provider and am now being hounded with these calls. Thank goodness for caller id. I do not answer them.

Just left them, at least one call a day from this number even after the first one in which I told them the reason I switched is none of their business.

Weird thing, I've already spoken to the person from AGL who called from this number about my account and the reason why I'm leaving - they offered me an extra discount that still didn't make it worth staying. But yet again a couple of weeks later they are calling me again. Just shows you shouldn't even bother answering in the first place as they just continue calling!
