Overdue account with Yarra Valley Water.

I called back number (03) 8672 5069 spoke to a guy who said company name is Commercial Credit Services.

When I called back answered automate answering machine and said that recording the call.

He called me and said my full name correctly.....I don't know where he found my information. He even told me the last time when I met the doctor and the date was correct.......so I was confused....after that he told me need some information from my side and they will be recorded for more practice. Actually I didn't get why he called me and why I should give him my information. I said I would not answer. He said did you get any message from us during this time. I said yes as I got(I have got a message couple of days ago which was showed I have outstanding debt for the pathology).....but I searched on the internet and found that number as a spam so I blocked.
Today I figured out that was scam...so don't answer the phone at all...it was also stressful moment for me and I will sue them.

Put me straight on hold after answering
