I answered the phone call but no one responded. It was weird.

(03) 8672 5068 - I called back and spoke with Lee. He said I reached Commercial Credit Services, a debt collection agency. They are based in Victoria.

I received a call, checked the number via reverse Australia, and it was debt collection agency for Yarra Valley Water.
I called YVW assistance line and it went straight to these people.

Caller: Commercial Credit Services (CCS)

We have had a couple of texts/calls which when we searched online came from this company - in the text it mentioned it was regarding Electolux but we do not have a debt with them (or anyone else) so that is odd. We called Electolux who confirmed we have no debt. After CCS called again today and left a voicemail we called back and they insisted we do have a debt and we should we refer to the letter they (CCS) have sent us. We explained that this "debt" they're chasing it non-existent and also that we have never received a letter from CCS but the CCS representative was extremely rude and would not listen. They kept asking for our personal details despite us providing them with their reference number - so surely they have our details! We refused to give them further details.

Yarra valley wish they would tell you who they are when leaving an automated msg!

someone on this number called me nearly once a day ‭(03) 8672 5068‬ and then when i answer the phone it just hang up… it was…weirdˊ_>ˋ

They rang said it was a commercial matter but wouldn't disclose who they were working for.
I wouldn't talk to them, just another spam call.
Thanks to Reverse Australia the number gave me the comments regarding debt collection for Yarra Valley Water. I rang the number and that's who they are,
If these fools had told me what they wanted I would have spoken to them first time around.
