yes, it is simply energy! I am yet to settle an account with them as I believe they are stealing by way of over charging on energy. I went on holiday for 7 weeks out of the 12 weeks from the last bill I got. My bill was $12 less that the 12 weeks before that. I called them and they said that this was due to an increase in price of electricity. Two days later I hear on the radio that they got 55,000 complaints for unexpected higher bills of everyday Australians. After some research, I found out this was a chinese owned company. I have enough of our own government to blow up my money, I won't let a company from china to screw me on top of that.

I've been getting calls for 2 weeks now, although I have never answered I decided to finally call and put an end to it. The lady who answered told me I do indeed have an account and I told her straight out that I do not and to delete me number and please leave me alone and hung up. I would love to know how they even got my number in the first place.

Prospect direct regarding energy. Lady called twice and kept hanging up as soon as I start asking simple questions. So rude!
