Caller: Aiden From WC Southbank ???

Sounded suspect from the start but called asking for Director (knew his name), said he spoke to the Director last week and needed to follow up. When I said not available, would not leave details to return call and said would call back. Googled his number and saw these thread.

I just had a call from this number. Exact same spiel as above, asks for the managers name (easily found via google) and says its for a google account and that he spoke to him a while ago. I took a message then googled his number and found this... standard Spam.

Wanted to speak to the manager, left a message with the above number.
Scam!

Called introduced him self as Sandy Smith how ironic said he spoke to the manager last week but I the manager never spoke to this clown block this number.

Very Sus. same guy, Sandy, calling for the business owner about his google account. when i told him that the owner is not available, he said he asked for mobile number because he is driving and he doesn't have his diary with him.


.... but he's calling from a landline tho? also, is he going to remember the number since he doesn't have his diary with him? i feel like the telemarketing script has not gone through a careful consideration.

Same as everyone else, asks for owner and that they have been speaking, when say they aren't in office, says " they are driving and don't have their diary on hand and could they get the mobile numer, ask them to send email and they never do.

Almost exactly as the below commenter - A man named Shandi called saying he had an appointment with our CEO (Asked for him by name) to help him with his business google account. When I said the CEO was busy on a call he said "can you give me his mobile number" and I said no and took a message

My reception took the message - A man by the name of Sandy called wanting to speak to you about your business google account and wanted some feedback from you (he said you spoke a few weeks ago). I told him we are no longer using google and he said "can you give me her mobile number" and I said no. Anyways, bit sus but if you want to call him back , best contact is: (03) 8657 2163
