I called back from another service, answered by female, unable to speak properly sir.
Trouble understanding sir.
Tried to help her book a flight, she hung up sir.
Obviously not legit, hope she didn't get a fright sir.

Caller: Supposedly some "Australian" polling company

"Australian" poll on the cost of living. Seemed like someone was stop/starting a recording of a perfect Australian accent. Not even 5 seconds into the call, to the question on "what is the value of your morgage - above 100,000 or above 200,000 or over 300000" I hung up and blocked the caller.

Comes up as suspected spam. Declined and blocked call.

Total waste of time - SCAM

Called me one minute ago. Didn’t leave a message. Tried to call back and says the line is disconnected.

Came up on my mobile as a possible scam so hung up on them. Even if it was a telemarketer wanting me to install a government rebated hotwater system or any other such item, I am not interested so have blocked this number.

They rung and hung straight up. Don't recognise the number and after looking here on Reverse Australia it looks like some sort of scam. Now blocked.

Caller: Australian leading advisory service

Pre recorded aussie voice of a lady asking questions about Morage, house price and tax return. Told me I could win $1000.
Definitely a scam and could cost you $1000.

Actually the government CAN call you when you’re on the Do Not Call register.

Picked up and immediately put myself on silent. Automated voice saying that they're doing a cost of living survey on behalf of the government, however I am on the no-call list so the government shouldn't be calling me regardless, pretty sure it is a scam to try and get people's personal details so they can see if they will be a good target for future scams/criminal activity. Automated voice asked if I was below or above the age of 58 before it hung up because I was on silent, clearly trying to target elderly and vulnerable people. DO NOT ANSWER THE SURVEY

Received call at 12:15 pm on Optus plan iPhone - I do not have any dealings with people or businesses in Victoria. Fortunately, had just turned Voicemail off.
