sounds completely illegal - political parties have to provide a callback and outline why they have called - and clear state and be available for a call back

From what I understand I think it’s illegal if they contact you from a political party and don’t provide a proper contact back / please explain number. It also seems really strange that the liberal party outsourced the call or similar. But blue pine seems directly connected?

Sounds illegal is that allowed?

Called multiple times until I answered. When I did a recorded voice launched straight into a survey about local issues. At no point did they indicate who they were surveying on behalf of, so I hung up. Called number and got Blue Pine Communications (http://bluepinecommunications.com/) - basically nothing on site, so suspect this is dodgy.
