THIS IS REAL - CITYLINK: Had a call like others have suggested. Yes I got kicked out the system too in my experience. I was also in front of my PC at the same time and logged in to my account. I finally got on to someone who was able to run through my account. After experiencing a suspension (my fault) and incurred charges while suspended the charges are simply gonna hurt you like a wounded bull (personally I think they're tactics should be freaking improved, how they get away with those charges I don't know)... Your standard account and invoices while suspended are treated different... there is a chance you owe money (you may also swear a lot like me too). Understand how your account works and check it all out on line as (sadly) it is all there.

Have message from 'Citylink' regarding fine. Looks very authentic. Rang citylink on there 1300 number from website. My account is topped up but I hadn't changed my address. Customer service told me it IS a scam.

Scam - if you receive an email from Citylink about a toll invoice do not click on the link to pay. Check the IP address that the email originated from - the email to sent to me is from France. Call Citylink 13 .. number first if you are unsure.

This is a scam. Received an email from CityLink saying if I don't pay a fine they will refer it to Victoria Police. What a joke. Email doesn't come from a proper CityLink email address and link in the email to pay fine goes to a sharepoint website link. Total scam.
