Chinese recorded message playing over and over

Caller: Claimed to be from Chinese embassy

Did not answer, left a VM - my Chinese friend said they were from the Chinese embassy and this is a final warning - something not submitted. Clear scam.

Spoke in an Asian language - I presume Chinese. Could not make any sense of call.

they keep calling and leaving voice messages in chinese. Tried calling them back and the line is always busy.

I am getting so sick of these calls !! At least 3x a day i get a call that i dont answer and then a voicemail msg from a female speaking in chinese (language like that), today i had a male speaking chinese voicemail message. I block 3x numbers a day on average and they just call with a different number. Its driving me insane

I don’t answer them but always leaves a Chinese recording

Spam. Pretending they are DHL and trying to deliver your item.

Answered to hear a recorded female voice speaking Mandarin Chinese at me. I listened few seconds then hung up. Less than 5 secs later we got a "Telstra" scammer calling our landline even though we don't use Telstra.
