Calls up to 10 times a day and when you answer it just beeps in my ear.

Energy Aust.......... constantly ringing and never leaves a message and even if l answer no one talks.. Ive even rang them back and told them to STOP calling me but they dont know how to stop the calls as they reckon there isnt any issues against my number.
