This call came from a suspected scammer who claimed to working for a telco. The caller had a foreign accent and claimed that her call was in response to an inquiry from me.

Keeps calling, claims that I made an enquiry which is false.

Said I had a Telstra line and was eligible for free local and interstate calls. That's when I told her I was ending call because that's crap. I only have a phone line for Internet. She had to yell since it was a call centre from India and many loud voices in background.

I called back number (03) 8644 2506 spoke to a woman who is doing telemarketing for a telecom company called Purple Telecom .
