These people constantly harass me for no reason, as they are struggling to find the person they need to reach to chase debt relating to tolls. They will not disclose what company they are calling from.

There is silence on the end of the phone when it is answered and eventually the line drops out. I called back a person says you have reached Cody - is this Serena. Cody will not tell me where she is calling from and says she will call continually until she is put through to Serena. I advise that is harassment and she puts me onto her supervisor who says the silence on the end of her call to me was a phone glitch and they wont call again.
