Scammer called asking for my brother's contact details saying they had an urgent personal matter to discuss. I asked where they were calling from and they said South Australia even though it's an 03 number. I asked several times what organisation or business and they hung up

I called back number (03) 8643 5528 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
