Called and hung up

Caller: Charity Cold Caller

Like the other person on this site, got a call and answered it and it sounded like they said it was an ABC something or other so I called them back and it is some charity fund raising specialists...

I have blocked this number. They re calling daily. I think they are some Apple Charity fund raising group. I don' get why blocking them hasn't stopped their calls coming through. Can't someone charge them for spamming and scamming?.

Caller: Woman caller (out of the blue)

Charity agency and after a long speech they ask for a pattern of regular donations by direct debit.

Called continuously for the past five days. Didn't answer and they left no message. Have blocked

Called this number back as no message left. Recording said 'thank you for calling Charity Apple Marketing Group. If you want to leave a message etc...'
Have blocked number.

Caller: Very dishonest people

Worst type of scammers looking for victims to sign up to direct debits (i.e. so as to obtain your bank details), particularly because they're also dishonestly spoofing the phone number - i.e. caller ID advises one number yet they're actually calling from a different number (so as to hide the real caller's identity), plus to get around call blocking. Absolute worst type of humans and nobody can actually trace or really identify them.

Pest caller. Never leaves messages.

This number has rung several times over the last couple of days. I have ignored it. Glad I did. Thank you.

Caller: Aussie mature aged female

Polite female voice eventually gets around to asking me for donations for underprivileged persons. I told her charity begins at home!

Has called several times. My phone only rings three times then they hang up. No messages left.

Kept on ring, one call after the other. It was sooooo annoying

Left a weird VM. Called back and said Charity fund raising.

Hung up when call went to answer machine
