Caller: AGL

Recently signed up to AGL and this call was from them welcoming me to the company and asking if I have any issues

someone from AGL Energy called me using this number (03) 8613 9361

Keeps call and never leaves a message.

I answered the call but there was no response.

Caller: Previously identified by me as AGL, but quite possibly through misinformation.

The message claimed we were receiving a refund on electricity bill. I regard this as suspicious. I have no confidence in the number at all.

Caller: AGL

Had a long conversation offering a lower price Natural Gas deal. He thanked me for my time and hung up when I could save by signing up with a competitor.

Number keeps calling me on my mobile but when I answer there is no response. If I don't answer, they don't leave a message.

Unkown caller, No response to my hello.
Logged complaint with ACCC (don't call register)

This number called and didn't leave a message. I treat all callers whose number I don't know and don't leave a message, as a scam.

I picked up, they hung up

I didn't answer, came here to see who it might be.

I have recently switched from AGL to another power provider.

Caller: Random Guy

Answered said hello, no reply back for 10 seconds. Said hello? Again. Heard a child in the background and a grown man repeatedly said hello into the mic.

Claimed they were from AGL Yet they had an American accent, even the voice mail message was American, he became flustered when I asked why would an American call centre be call Ing on behalf of an Aussie company
