Philipines call centre "customer service"

When I had a missed call , I returned the phone call and they were giggling and didn’t say a word? Later when I answered the phone when they called again they said they were AGL and wanted to check my details. I told them I won’t give details over to a cold
call, they said call the number back to check if it’s AGL.

Answered a call from this number, female with an Australian accent spoke; but I couldn't hear her well and hung up - I called back immediately / it rang once, then silence; no VM (I'd say it's just another scam)!
