Did not answer as it was tagged as Potential Fraud by my phone. They left a voice message in Mandarin. I am not Chinese nor do I speak Mandarin. I am not expecting any calls in Mandarin. High possibility of scam from this number

ignored call but iphone has where the caller can state why they are calling. Below is the reason they said they were calling. Definitely a scam call.

Caller: Major scammer Definitely a scam caller. I answered and it was a voice recording saying “this is your bank fraud team. Your account has had a $900 charge on it…” I immediately hung up. 100% a scam. Block this number and don’t trust calls like this!
