Got a missed call so I googled the number (03) 8609 2349 before calling back. Can confirm it was from booking an appointment on health engine where I ticked to compare health cover. They compare health insurance.

It's part of a service from health engine part of online booking service - they will collect numbers and canvas for other services. Simply reply stop to their sms or add the clid to auto reject.
