Yes, this number is a computer generated call, then if you answer it (the computer) allocates your call to the telemarketer that is free. No-one free, it hangs up after a delay. It's a complete pain that they are allowed to market stuff this way, but if no-one uses it then eventually they will not have a commercial base, and it will close. I have added this number to my pest list that I do not answer.

Called me but left no message. If they want to talk with me they should leave a message. I do not call numbers I don't know. I have saved their number as "Do not answer"
Could be MYKI. I delt with them a while ago. Their service is slower than their transport.

received 2 calls from this number - no msg left - looked up on google, found it was Aegis, potential debt collection. as i dont owe anything i ignored it. got another call, abused caller - it was myki, who then asked me to id myself! you called me buddy.. will be complaining officially on 9256 5000 which i believe is the head office, or 88 72 6666.
dont let them bluff you, they must ID them selves and politely.

Just received a missed call on my mobile from this number. No voice message, no SMS to tell me who rang or what it was about. I found out through other means it was Myki. They failed to process my Myki Pass Top Up in time and I was charged incorrectly. They removed cash from my Myki Money account instead. When they say allow 24hrs, I guess they mean allow 48hrs - because that's how long it took for my Myki Pass Top Up to appear on my Myki card. And no, no refund to my Myki Money account either.

Called up claiming to be Amex, wanting me to 'confirm my details' before proceeding. Sounded like a scam and evidence on this page suggests my instincts were correct.

No known agency that I know. It is a scam agency. Refuse to answer any questions

The number belongs to Aegis Australia. The are a call centre network whom can be contracted to many different companies to run campaigns, promotions or business needs in which a call centre would be required, they can be calling you for many reasons from promotions to chasing you for money for unpaid bills.. i know that they are an agent for Optus and these are the people u speak to when you call lol
