Its interesting that while I do have an account with My Heritage, they do NOT have my mobile number. So where did they get it ? I just asked them to delete my account entirely as I don't trust them because they have got my number from another source. Despite having an account, I have never made a purchase with them.

Caller: My Heritage I have a free My Heritage account and have just added the DNA, hence the phone call. They try to sell products and harass. Constantly calling 2 minutes apart.have now blocked them.I never gave them my contact details. No idea how they got it.

Caller: My Heritage I had a subscription with this mob, (My Heritage), & my credit card lapsed & I was issued with a new one. Of course, when Heritage tried to renew my annual subscription, it failed. I responded to their reminder e-mail by telling them I wasn't going to renew, because it was too expensive & I wasn't getting any information on my side of the family. They have been pestering the crap out of me - they ring at all hours, (We don't answer), they don't leave a message & somehow have got hold of my mobile number!!! Buyer beware....

I’d been looking at My Heritage site tonight - had to get a new password etc - and noticed they’d called my mobile at 9.28pm. A friend had given me the DNA kit, so I have no idea how they sourced my mobile #.

Caller: My Heritage I had account with my Heritage and was using this site. However eventually getting same information or irrelevant information. I don’t want to hear about my mother’s cousins mother-in-law’s grandmother and so on. I have told them I am not renewing and given them a reason why. But they continue to call and try to get me to update and renew. Honestly they just don’t listen. When they call they never leave a message. I just hung up on them last time they called.

Receiving calls from this number every few days including Sunday afternoon, only gives a few rings before stopping. Did answer one call but they hung up immediately

Person called from this number, I was unable to answer, the recorded message was a remnant of a conversation they were having with someone else. Other than that, no meaningful message was left, BUT judging from this page, I also only just cancelled my MyHeritage subscription.
