Public Outreach Australia, calling on behalf of Australian Conservation Foundation. Called multiple times. They said they called me as I had recently completed a survey or a Facebook 'like' etc, but this seems odd as I don't give out my phone number.....................

I just answered a call from this number and the caller imitated my voice, copying what I said. I said "hello" again and the caller did the same again... then hung up. Doesn't sound very professional to me.
