thick accent, call centre background noise, very difficult to understand

from what i could gather he was telling me some address (possibly the previous numbers owner) and said he wanted to buy it ?

when i said thats not my address, wanted to know my current address, i lost patience at that point and ended the call. seems incredibly dubious to me

Asian woman who claimed to be doing a lifestyle survey. Asked for my age bracket, marital status etc by which time I ended the conversation. This number might be linked to (03) 9112 5960, another 'lifestyle survey', because the voices sounded similar and occurred on the same day.

Heavy accent, think he was trying to sell his mother or something.

Caller: Apparently someone form YPA Real Estate

I highly doubt this call is from a YPA Real Estate office with the amount of background noise which sounded like a call center sooo I hung up. No call back

SCAM

The ACTUAL telephone number of the caller starts with the area code of New York City.
The structure and wording of the text also alerts you to this being a SCAM.

The caller - who had heavy foreign accent - didn't introduce himself and was asking about my address.
I suspected telemarketing or scam so I hang up on him.

Typical scam call - Asked if I was the owner of the phone number then proceeded to ask if I had a desktop or laptop. When queried why they needed to know any of this they just repeated they were asking if I had a desktop or laptop. Going a long with it I said I owned both - was then called an idiot and hung-up on haha

Woman called telling me my internet was going to be disconnected for 15 days because someone overseas was using my line - said she was from Telstra. I said are you calling from India and want $ to make my internet line secure....?.... she hung up :P

THEY ARE GETTING PHONE NUMBERS FROM GUMTREE AND GOOGLE ETC, THEN CALLING YOU AND TRYING TO GET YOUR INFORMATION..!!!!

Called my mobile and would not identify themselves, so I ended the call. Most likely a telemarketer, very suspicious though.

They hung up as soon as I answered.

Have had call from this number before. The caller hung up when I answered the phone.

I missed a call from (03) 8592 6467, no message left. I tried to return the call a few minutes later and the number is not connected. Really strange.
