Caller: Unknown Someone called my mobile and didn't leave a message. When I dialed multiple times over a period I always heard a message saying "Due to temporary service difficulties we are unable to connect your call at this time"

Caller: (03) 8592 6402 When I answered was quiet for a few seconds then when I say Hello louder, he mumbles and all I can pick up from his mumble is hes from Wines 123 wtf how dumb is that soo dodgy asf
