Landline call. Let it go to voicemail. No message left (again!).

Scan all calls with answering machine. If they don't leave a message, then it is a cold call. So it was for this # (03) 8592 2391

Caller: I don't know but... they claimed to be from the call-blocking division of Telstra, so I asked for a case number, the voice on the other end said: "What?!" so I repeated my request, and she said: "You're mad!" and hung up. How rude!
