Keeps calling daily.Is this a scammer.

(03) 8588 3943, charity that has obtained (paid for) phone numbers from other groups. When I asked how they got my number and that I am on the do not call list they said that due to it being a charity they can call. When I told the lady on the phone that they have been calling me from a different phone number and harrasing me and I wanted my number removed she said oh sorry I can't hear you, the line isn't very good, I'll call you back.
Block them, they are annoying and they appear to have got my phone number from Camp Quality as the calls started after I bought a raffle ticket through them.
Very annoying, they don't stop calling and its from a different number each time in VIC. I have blocked each number that they have called on.

said I was busy and couldn't talk and Call centre person became sarcastic after she thought I had hung up. Instead I commented back to her and told her to hang up. Wish I'd said more. Not a good representative for them.

Call every day, but never leave a message. If I pick up, no one speaks. Nuisance call!

I have blocked numerous 03858XXXX numbers and they get new numbers. How are they allowed to purchase these phone numbers?????
