I did not recognise number so did not answer and they didn't leave a message, so assumed its not important. I checked here and found great information, will now block

I got this call assumed the worst so looked at the PCYC Melbourne website. They do NOT cold call for fundraising so we are right to not trust. It’s a scam.

Called, I answered, they just hanged up. 8 times over the last month - same behaviour

Answered call quickly. "Hello, this is the Police Compliance at Kew", then they hung up. Sounded more like a call centre, as a lot of background voices. It was a male with Australian accent.

(03) 8582 9008 suspected spam on google phone, so I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message - I suspect another spam call 26SEP2019 at 10:10AM in VIC Note: getting more anonymous calls these months, some don't talk, some robocalls tell you phone connection will be closed and some are from Indian call centre about fraudulent activity on your credit card, or security issues, so fed up!
