Sensis keep phoning me about someone's account that is not mine. I tell them each time they have the wrong number on their system but they keep ringing.

This is the Sensis Advertising accounts receivable call centre. I informed the Sensis advertising rep late last year by email that I will not be going ahead with the upcoming advertising, both printed and online. The advertisement still went ahead even though I clearly said "NOT TO GO AHEAD", and without the signing of any contracts either. I continuously receive phone calls, emails and letters informing me of my overdue account. Each time I answer a phone call, or receive an email it is from someone different, and I need to explain the situation all over again. Received another letter today and a phone call, yet received an email 4 days ago telling me that all is sorted and I will not be receiving any more calls etc etc. It has come to the point where I am considering seeking my own legal advice to stop this "harassment". For as long as my [***] points to the ground I will never deal with Sensis again. I hope that they understand this message as they haven't understood any polite ones yet!
