premium technical support - expensive waste of money. don't pay. don't waste your time and I've blocked them twice and they still manage to call.

I paid them a few hundred dollars a few years ago. got my system debugged?? thought they were with telstra as my computer internet directed me to them when asking for telstra help. we're not told otherwise at the time. useless and they keep calling every year now. I would not trust them as they immediately want access to your computer. I.e. first question is "are you near your computer ".

Has anyone had a call from (03) 8518 4212? Is it a scam number?
