I called back number (03) 8514 2699 reached IVR for a company called Aussie Farmers Direct.

They should probably leave a message, I would answer if I knew it was Aussie Farmers Direct. But they don't leave a message.

I used to order from them but have moved and can't buy enough to make it worth using them (I live alone). It's annoying that they don't leave a message because then I could tell them to not bother me. I'm quite capable of deciding on my own whether or not to restart the service - and would do it online, not over the phone.

I have regular orders with AFD - can't figure why they need to spam call me! Never leave a mesage or you spend ages on hold. GRRR

I have been getting calls from them for years (Aussie Farmers Direct) even though I am unresolved complains about their service and have asked them not to contact me. Really annoying. Only good thing about coming here is that i finally realised I can just block them. Yay!

I agree - Why not leave a message? It's frustrating. And not good customer service.

I assumed it was Aussie Farmers Direct - now confirmed judging by other complaints.

They have called me 3 times a day for the last 2 weeks. I have called them and asked them to stop calling and they said they would remove me from their register.
They havent!!!

I too screen, I think the customer service center should leave a message as it is very good for business. Then you can decide if you would like to talk with them or not.
I have also private messaged them on the FB page, they will respond quickly and deal with issues in a very timely manner. Thye are not perfect but very few services are.

just had a phone call from them, no voice, just played soothing music down the phone. very odd!

Reading all of these comments whilst they called me again.
They actually left a voice msg.
a few seconds of a man saying oooo then sighed and hung up.

And their number just got blocked

if you do answer and you ask them to call back they will not - THEY WANT YOU TO CALL THEM.
O if you order through them - watch out for bad meat and herbs that are not eatable.
The other thing to watch out for is - you will get an order even if you do not want one - they have set it to every week even when you tell them you
do not want it every week. You have to confirm an non order - that is even if your basket is empty. Other wise you get an oder and you will have to pay more then what they have sent you. I was just not wanting it one week - was not told to confirm a non-order - WAS TOLD IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY IN ACCOUNT THEY WOULD NOT LEAVE THE ORDER. I was going to keep using them - but not buy meat through them and their herbs. I thought taking everything out of the basket and not putting money into the account and not leaving the blue bag - would have make it clear that I did not want anything that week BUT NO!!!!! IT LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVE A SCAM SIDE TO THEM. LOOK OUT FOR IT.

Calling every day, sometimes several times a day for the last three weeks. I was a customer of Aussie Farmers Direct until they started plastic wrapping everything. If I don't pick up, they don't leave a voicemail. If I do pick up, I just get silence for 20 seconds until I hang up. I can't even tell them to stop calling. So annoying!

Sick of these calls and like everyone has said, when I answer they either hang up or play stupid loud music. That's a nuisance call. I have contacted Aussie Farmers using their online form but had no response. I tried them out once and was unimpressed with the quality of the product so opted out, which I was legally entitled to do. They will certainly never ever get any business from me.

Calling 3 times a day. No message left. Pain in the arse. Just blocked them.
