It was to see if I could change my appointment time to fit another patient in, not that you need to know that but I thought that I should confirm for you that it is 100% the Mercy Hospital Physiotherapy, as anon from April 12 believes it to be a scam, it isn't

I called back the number (03) 8458 4219 and reached vm that said I reached Mercy Physiotherapy

Not scam. They only call if you have been referred there
