Caller: SCAM PRETENDING TO BE VODAFONE LITERAL SCAM They have continually called me over days and in the past 24 hours have called me 4 separate times. They claim to be "Vodafone" and offer discounted packages and asking your Vodafone codes - they will insist on you upgrading claiming your current plan is no longer available.
I called Vodafone and they have 0 history of having called me at all. For future reference, you can ask the person you are on call with to verify that they are actually from Vodafone at which point they will send a text.

And maybe (03) 5316 3611, am getting bombarded daily from (03) 5316 3611 and (03) 8396 4473. If it's vodaphone, who is my provider, maybe it's time I changed to Aldi (Telstra piggy back). From what I've heard good rates and no annoying marketing BS.

Thus number called me 3 times in one hour and 2 other times in the last 2 days. My phone automatically listed it as potential fraud and I never picked up.

Caller: Some foreign women claiming she was from Vodaphone. Vodaphone only contact me via email - the fact the she said "Good afternoon Maam" in a somewhat foreign accent is a dead giveaway that it is a shonky call. Worrying thing is she called me by name after I told her not to call me again - so is Vodaphone being hacked or selling their client list to foreign entities that are out to scam us. Seriously considering cancelling as not on a plan and maybe going pre-paid instead - so no credit card details are viewed. Gzzzzzzz what a sad world we live in!!!!!
