Disguised voice seemed to want me to say 'yes'. 'Is this (name)?' I said 'speaking'. 'How are you; are you good?' I asked 'who's speaking' and they hung up.

I returned a call from (03) 8391 8787 but the voicemail didn't mention the company name

Called claiming to be from Brisbane City Council - knew my name - started asking ID questions - age etc - I didnt answer and hung up - called back - was engaged signal - suspicious as this was from an 03 number

Today, the caller said they were from Bayside Council, which is my local council. I said 'sure you are' and hung up. No blocked.

I answered "Hello, can I help you", asked if they were speaking to ****, I asked "who's calling", went on to say have 4 questions for ABS. First was my age range with a yes or no response, told him I'd rather not say, so they hung up...

They asked for My name and I Said yes speaking. I think he Said he is calling from Melbourne city council. I asked him to confirm where he is calling from and than he hanged up. Looks like they wanted me to say yes and unfortunatley I did...

Wanted to do a short survey for my local council. I asked what council and they got that correct. Then went to the first question about my age group to which I replied with 'No' - hung up after I asked what was this about - scam caller!

Usual, hung up when I left 2 secs of silence. Rang back with hidden #, immediate hang-up. Auto call
